Deviled Eggs With Sweet Chili Sauce


A new twist on deviled eggs just in time for the big game. Go Pats!


7 hard-boiled eggs, peeled

3 Tbsp mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce, plus more to drizzle

1/8 tsp salt (or more to your taste)

1/2 tsp chopped green onions (green part only)

Add a few drops of Tabasco if you like it hot



Slice eggs in half and put yolks in a small bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork until crumbled.

Mix in mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, salt, green onions, and Tabasco (if using) until smooth.

Pipe or scoop filling into egg white halves.

Sprinkle lightly with paprika (my photo doesn’t have paprika because I didn’t have any). Serve drizzled with chili sauce and extra chopped green onions if desired.
