Pumpkin Caramel 12 Minute Cake

Did you know you can microwave your Pampered Chef stoneware? This cake is delicious and the best part is that it is ready in about 12 minutes! You will need a Pampered Chef stoneware fluted bundt pan for this recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp all-spice
  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • Caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream or cool whip

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine cake mix and spices. Mix well.

In a medium bowl, lightly beat eggs with a whisk or fork. Mix in pumpkin until well combined.

Mix egg and pumpkin mixture into cake mix and spices. Blend well.

Lightly, spray stoneware flute pan with oil.

Drop batter into pan and put in microwave for 12-14 minutes.

Use oven mitt to remove pan from microwave and invert onto platter. Let cool or serve warm.

To serve, drizzle with warm caramel sauce and whipped cream or cool whip.
